✅ Daily temperature checks and health self-declaration forms are submitted.
✅ Wearing clean aprons, head covers, and face masks while cooking is compulsory.
✅ Regular hand washing and sanitization before, during, and after cooking.
Kitchen & Food Safety
✅ Cooks use customer’s utensils and ingredients to maintain household-specific preferences.
✅ Strict no compromise policy on cleanliness in the kitchen area.
✅ All food is prepared in a safe, hygienic, and non-contaminated manner.
✅ Zero use of any outside or pre-prepared ingredients unless specifically requested.
Emergency Protocols
